Your letter of 20 February 2011 complaining about delays in delivery of a surprise because there was no previous complaints had led us to believe that the goods supplied to you has reached your orders on time.
This is our usual practice to send the goods by the carrier well before the promised delivery date and your car accessories here refers to the left on 04 January 2011. We are very sorry to worry that our efforts to provide timely delivery have become frustrated by delays in transit. It is very likely that the customers to also be affected and we take all the questions by the operator.
We are grateful for our attention to the situation that we have been quite aware of until you write to us and asked to accept our apologies for any inconvenience you have been followed up.
